The Hialeah Tigers tournament was a great success for our young Piranhas. We played the South Florida X-tream who is one of the top teams in Miami and we lost 3-2. This game was coached by Rudy Prieto and Frank Manteiga, as Coach Jerry had Father's Day activities planned with his new daughter, Haley. Our young Piranhas is fast making a name for ourselves in the travel ball community in South Florida. All the coaches are very proud of our young players that participated in the tournament. Special thanks to Rudy Prieto and Dr. Frank Mantiega for bringing back this team into the travel ball circuit after a few years that included a 4th place finish at Cooperstown in the past. Our coaching staff will evaluate our current roster and make a decision on our needs based on upcoming tournaments.
